Every Passleader.com users are entitled with full refund if he/she fails the corresponding exam on first attempt in 30 days after the purchase of our product, or access another one free exam as compensation instead of refund in 90 days. Exam failures that occur before the purchasing date are not qualified for claiming guarantee. 

Notice: The refund or exchange guarantee is not applicable in the following situations:
1. Failure within 7 days after the purchase date. Passleader highly recommends the candidates a study time of 7 days to prepare for the exam with Passleader study material, any failures cases within 7 days of purchase are rejected because in-sufficient study of Passleader materials.

9. Guarantee Policy is not applicable to Cisco, Avaya, Dell-EMC, GIAC, HP, Oracle, PMI and (ISC)2 exams as these Vendors change these exam questions frequently.

10. Outdated Exam Products. For customers who use our outdated Products to attend the Exam which is already updated by Passleader Team; we will not entertain any Claims.

11. Practice test. (We only provide the practice questions for these exams.)

12. Guarantee Policy is not applicable to RHCSA, RHCE, CCIE Lab and OCM Lab exams as these are hand-on lab exams. (We offer actual lab questions but you need to understand and master it.)

If one wants to claim Refund/Exchange, our "Payment Refund Procedure" is quite simple and we will require following information from you:

1. Send us scanned copy of "enrollment slip" in certification exam i.e. we need to know that when you registered for the exam.
2. Send us Scanned copy of your Result/Score Report in PDF format.
3. Send us a filled in Refund Form Or Exchange Form.

For refunds you need to send all required information within 2 days after the test to [email protected]

For exchange, the exchange request should be submitted within 7 days after exam failure. Passleader would like to offers one Free exam as compensation including original order with free update.
